Captured this broken down Earl Latsha Lumber Company truck off of Mahantongo Creek Road (near Pillow, Pennsylvania, USA) back on 11/20/10 while on an Upper Dauphin County road trip. Just as a little history...the Earl Latsha Lumber Company was located at 2300 Linglestown Road in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania (Susquehanna Township). The yard and mill was destroyed by fire on December 24, 1968 at 10:35 p.m. In the cold temperature, firefighters had to deal with 30-mph wind-driven flames and heat. It was a couple of days before the hose could be retrieved from the fire scene as it was frozen in ice.
